For the 10th consecutive year, Lund Boats earned the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association. The annual CSI award recognizes marine manufacturers who attain the highest levels of customer contentment, as voted on by the customers themselves.
“Receiving our 10th consecutive CSI award is an honor and an exciting milestone for Lund Boats,” said Jesse Hanish, Director of Sales and Customer Service. “Putting our customers first is at the core of our organization from the craftsmanship of our boats to the service we provide at the manufacturer and dealer level, and the CSI award affirms our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.”
Lund received the 2020 NMMA CSI award in the Aluminum Outboard Boats category. To qualify for the CSI award, manufacturers must achieve and maintain an independently measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction of 90-percent or higher over the past year.
The data is based upon information provided by consumers who had purchased a new boat or engine between Jan. 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2020. Lund exceeded that benchmark with an average score of 91.5 percent percent.
“In an unprecedented year, the 2020 CSI award represents our focus on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction at every level,” said Dirk Hyde, President of Lund Boats. “I want to recognize our team and dealer partners as they take great pride in building the best boats and providing the ultimate service for our customers. We look forward to continuing on this momentum in 2021.”
