On Tuesday, March 2, New York Mills VFW Post 3289 Auxiliary President Amanda Weller, presented New York Mills Police Chief Bobby Berndt, with a Certificate of Appreciation for the New York Mills Police Department, along with rolls from the local bakery. “Our local police officers protect and serve our community daily. We just wanted to let them know how much we appreciate them,” said Weller.
