Wood ducks and blue birds could soon have a new place to call home in the greater New York Mills area. On Friday, NY Mills Elementary fifth graders constructed wood duck and blue bird houses. The materials for the houses were donated by the Ottertail Rod and Gun Club. The project has been a staple at NY Mills Elementary for approximately 15 years and several high school students took a part of their Friday to help the students create the new wooden houses.
