Ottertail was abuzz over the weekend at the annual OtterFest celebration. Among the activities was a magic show (above right), art and craft fair, car show (above left), inflatable rides and of course the parade (center). The day also included a room filled with historical items and information about Ottertail and some of the organizations that have helped to mold the city over the years.
