Rain may have canceled Friday’s performance of the annual Puppet Pageant at the New York Mills VFW, but Saturday featured sunny skies at Finn Creek for the annual Kalevala Puppet Pageant. The event featured about 20 performers who told the story of “The Rage of King Kraken.” Also on Saturday and Sunday, the annual Finn Creek Festival was held in rural NY Mills. The event featured guest speakers in the school house (bottom right), a blacksmith (bottom left), old tractors, saw mill, kids tractor pull and plenty of time for live music and entertainment.
