The New York Mills cross country team recently collected some academic awards. The girls’ team received a Gold Award for academic achievement from the Minnesota Cross Country Coaches Association as they had a team GPA of 3.928. Team members included: Kaitlyn Geiser, Macy Koljonen, Morgyn O’Dea, Jada Goeson, McKenzie Draves, Rosemary Laudenbach and Brielle Malone.

For the boys, Senior Breck Hensch was awarded an All-Conference Academic Award for his GPA, dedication to the program and leadership.
