Shooting suspect arrested

Sheriff deputies, on April 12, arrested a man in connection with an April 10 shooting in Pelican Rapids.
Arrested after a short pursuit in Redwood County in southwestern Minnesota was Phoutthasa Prathane. 36. The shooting victim survived and was treated at an area hospital.
Deputies said the shooting incident in Pelican Rapids took place at 2:13 p.m. on April 10.
