New York Mills Elementary students took advantage of a warm day last Wednesday for the annual track and field day. The students participated in a number of events like the long jump, softball throw, sack races and running events. The track and field day was held at the football field/track.

A group of sixth grade boys participate in a running event last week. Among the participants were: Gavin Maunumaki, Camden Lenz, Bergen Roder, Cass Ament and Kaden Snook.
