Brandie and Joshua Bernu, of New York Mills, are happy to announce the birth of their son, Aksel Joshua Bernu. Aksel was delivered by Dr. Illene Reed at Perham Health on May 12, 2022, at 3:26 a.m. He weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. 

Aksel is welcomed home by by siblings Aubree, Aria, Asher, an Alice; grandparents Kelley and Brent, Robert, and Steve; and great-grandparents Ruth and Terry, and Mavis.
