Aliya Gerber participated in the high school softball all-star game at Caswell Park in North Mankato earlier this month. Gerber, who is the daughter of Tom and Julie Gerber of New York Mills, was a member of the Class A white team. The team lost their first game by a score of 5-3, before winning their second game by a score of 4-3 in walk-off fashion. Gerber, who recently graduated from NY Mills High School, scored the winning run in the game.
