The parking lot by the Cultural Center and library were full on Tuesday night as the second annual National Night Out event was held in New York Mills. The event featured guests like the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office and NY Mills Police Department, Roots and Wings Forrest School with a stamp project and a variety of arts and crafts projects.
