The Cultural Center in New York Mills, as well as Mills Lanes and Lucky Strike Grill, hosted a pair of Halloween parties for local youth in the NY Mills area. Saturday began with a variety of games, arts and crafts and activities for all of the princesses, pumpkins and animals who stopped by the Cultural Center. The event is sponsored by the NY Mills Civic and Commerce organization.
