Over 430 kids and 12 groups/individuals handed out candy at the annual New York Mills trunk or treat on Monday evening (below and right). The event was held in the parking lot of the City Center building. In addition to NY Mills, a large trunk or treat was held at the Ottertail Community Center in Ottertail on Monday (above).
