M-State announces President’s, Dean’s List

Minnesota State Community and Technical College has named 523 students to its President’s List and 546 students to its Dean’s List for the Fall 2022 semester. 

  Students on the President’s List earned a grade point average of 4.0 while completing a minimum of six college-level credits and 75 percent of the courses in which they enrolled for the semester.

  Students on the Dean’s List earned a G.P.A. of 3.50 to 3.99 while completing a minimum of six college-level credits and 75 percent of the courses in which they enrolled for the semester.

ATCC recognizes local students

MSUM honors local students

Geiser named to SDSU dean’s list

South Dakota State announces Moriah Geiser of New York Mills, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2022 semester.

Geiser is a student in SDSU’s College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences.

Local students graduate from M-State

  The following area students are among the 247 2022 fall semester graduates of Minnesota State Community and Technical College, with campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead and Wadena.

Local students who were named to the list include: Tyra Alberts, Deer Creek, Phlebotomy Technician-Certificate;  Tori Masog, Deer Creek, Cosmetology-Diploma;  Tanner Wagner, Deer Creek, Criminal Justice-AS; Maggie Kivi-Lex, New York Mills, Cosmetology-Diploma and Amanda Schornack, Medical Coding and Insurance-Diploma.

  A member of the Minnesota State system of colleges and universities, M State serves more than 7,000 students in credit courses each year in over 70 career and liberal arts programs online and at its campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead and Wadena. By partnering with communities, the college also provides workforce development services and other responsive training programs.

Jordan graduates from UM-Crookston

The Office of the Registrar at the University of Minnesota Crookston recently announced its list of summer semester 2022 graduates. Students completed their degree requirements during the summer semester 2022.

  Summer session graduates include Brianna Jordan of New York Mils, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Management.
