Members of the New York Mills community turned out in a big way on Monday and Tuesday night for a benefit in honor of Lucille Schik. Lucille is the daughter of Jason and Lacey Schik was recently diagnosed with cancer for a second time after an MRI in December showed another growth. In addiiton to a pair of meals, residents could pick up their t-shirts that were designed in honor of Lucille. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Schik family.
