The New York Mills Millers won a pair of games last weekend.
The Millers defeated Clarissa by a score of 4-1 on Saturday after Derin Gaudette struck out 16 hitters over 8 1/3 innings. Jonah Johnson also hit a big home run in the game.
On Sunday the Millers defeated Staples by a score of 15-1. Caden Roberts picked up the win on the mound, while Connor Schmitz hit his first home run as a Miller.
This week the Millers will host Park Rapids on Friday night at 7:30 p.m., before traveling to Vergas for a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon.
