• William Thomas Rick, 55, of Pelican Rapids, received a stay of adjudication on May 22, 2023, related to felony 5th degree drug possession. While the probation is going on, this is a pending case, the same as being charged and awaiting trial. Once probation is over, and Rick has been law abiding, the case will be dismissed. The judge ordered Rick to complete a comprehensive assessment and follow recommendations of the evaluation.

• Justin Siebels, 40, of Ottertail, received a stay of imposition on May 1, 2023, related to a felony conviction of receiving stolen property. His felony conviction will be reduced to a misdemeanor if he stays law abiding during his probationary period. Restitution was under consideration.

• Ethan Patrick Winter, 29, of Dent, was convicted May 1, 2023, for felony fifth degree drug possession. He will not have to spend time in the correctional facility in St. Cloud if he remains law abiding during his probationary period. He cannot take mood-altering drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications.

• Suzette Renee Wisehart, 63, of Richville, received a stay of imposition on May 5, 2023, related to felony fifth degree drug possession.  Her felony conviction will be reduced to a misdemeanor if she stays law abiding during her probationary period. Part of local confinement for 30 days includes electronic home monitoring. The judge ordered her to take a complete chemical assessment.

• Kenneth James Vanysseldyk, 53, of Perham, was sentenced May 5, 2023, related to felony fifth degree drug possession. He will not have to spend time in the correctional facility in St. Cloud if he remains law abiding during his probationary period. He was ordered to complete a comprehensive assessment and follow recommendations of the evaluation.
