Ottertail was abuzz over the weekend for the annual OtterFest celebration. The weekend featured Nick the Magician, a parade featuring the New York Mills volleyball team representing Perham Health and plenty of candy, a petting zoo, demo derby, fireworks show and plenty of activities for people of all ages.
