The Perham/New York Mills swim team traveled to Fergus Falls on Tuesday night to take on the Otters in a dual. 

The Yellowjackets fell to the Otters by a score of 106-11. Despite the loss, head coach Courtney Skarie said the team had a number of great swims and finishes and she was excited to see how the Yellowjackets would do at the section true team meet on Saturday. Individual results from the true team meet were not available at the time of press.

Individually, the Yellowjackets were led by Taylor Ziemke, who took first place in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 26.24. She finished nearly an entire second ahead of second place. 

Brittney Lorentz and Avery McAllister continued their dominance in diving as they took the top two spots with scores of 259.25 and 232.2 respectively.
