The Minnesota Darkhouse and Angling Association, East Ottertail Chapter held their annual raffle and dinner last Sunday afternoon at NY Mills City Hall. Along with dinner and prizes, including first prize of a Henry 44 Mag., a variety of children’s games kept participants busy with fun for the whole family.
