The New York Mills wrestling team recently held its end of season awards banquet. Award winners included: Rookie of the Year- Weston Simpson, Most Improved- Austin Geiser, Eagle Award- Austin Geiser, Most Outstanding- Bode Roberts, Most Falls- Bode Roberts  19, Most Take Downs- Creed Mursu 75, 2pt Near Falls- Bode Roberts 13, 3pt Near Falls- Bode Roberts 12, Escapes- Joe Mann 41 and Reversals- Austin Geiser 20. Staten entrants included: Blake Unger, Bode Roberts, Austin Geiser and Creed Mursu. Park Region All-Conference were: Blake Unger, 189 lbs. champion; Bode Roberts, 215 lbs. champion and Creed Mursu, 121 lbs. runner-up.
