Little Miss Dairy Princesses also honored at EOT banquet

Macey Minten and Audrey Weller were crowned as the 2024 East Otter Tail County Dairy Princes Ambassadors. The duo are both students at New York Mills School. In addition to Minten and Weller, Ella Horn, Lucey Minten, Ellyana Ruther, Caroline Schwantes and Maggy Weller were crowned as Little Miss Dairy Princesses.

Macey Minten and Audrey Weller were crowned as the 2024 Dairy Princess Ambassadors.  The banquet and coronation was held at Mills Lanes and Lucky Strike Grill in New York Mills on April 14.  

Minten, an 11th grader, is the daughter of Mike and Jen Minten of Perham. Weller, a 10th grader, is the daughter of Brad and Bridget Weller of NY Mills.

In addition to the two ambassadors, five young ladies were crowned Little Miss Dairy Princesses.  They were Ella Horn, Lucey Minten, Ellyana Ruther, Caroline Schwantes and Maggy Weller.

Horn is the daughter of Davin and Samantha Horn of Henning.  Lucey is the daughter of Mike and Jen Minten of Perham, Ruther is the daughter of Aaron and Tiffany Ruther of Perham, Schwantes is the daughter of Dave and Jen Schwantes of Perham, and Maggy Weller is the daughter of Brad and Bridget Weller of NY Mills.

Throughout this next year these young ladies will promote the dairy industry throughout the county including attending parades, serving milk and treats at businesses, promote dairy at local schools and community events and visit with area residents.
