The New York Mills Eagles improved to 6-2 overall with a commanding 23-2 win over Frazee on Monday night and a split against Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale by scores of 7-6 and 13-8 last week.

While the Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale head coach attempts to get a closer look at the play, Haley Korkowski attempts to catch and tag a Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale runner at third base.

This week the Eagles traveled to Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal on Monday, hosted Wadena-Deer Creek in a doubleheader on Tuesday and traveled to Menahga for a doubleheader on Thursday. On Saturday NY Mills’ busy week will come to an end when the team will travel to Jackson for the annual Jackson County Central Tournament.
