Emily and DJ Roggenkamp, of New York Mills, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Silvia Eleanor Roggenkamp. Silvia was delivered by Tonya Diggins, Midwife, CNP, at Perham Health on May 1, 2024, at 9:40 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. 

Silvia is welcomed home by sibling Octavia.
