Arvig has been named a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune, marking the third straight year the company has ranked among Minnesota’s best places to work.

Arvig ranks No. 31 among the top 50 large companies on the list, the Star Tribune’s 2024 survey shows. The top workplaces list includes 200 large, midsize, and small companies in Minnesota from various industries.

“To see Arvig stand out among the top workplaces in Minnesota once again is a testament to our dedicated employees,” said David Arvig, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Arvig. “This speaks to the positive company culture we’ve built at Arvig, where we are encouraged to do our very best work every day.”

Arvig was previously recognized as a Top Workplace in 2022, 2019, 2018 and 2017.

The analysis, conducted by the independent firm Energage, collected responses from almost 150,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The survey measures employee engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
