Goeson takes seventh at Staples meet

Jada Goeson, local high school senior through New York Mills Homeschool, is competing in cross country this year. Goeson’s season got underway Monday, Aug. 26 at the Central MN River Run held in Staples. She ran the 5000m well in the hot, sticky weather with a time of 22.50 taking home a Top Ten medal with a seventh place finish.
