Jennifer and Zepherin Richter, of Candor Township, Minn., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Milo August Richter. Milo was delivered by Dr. Illene Reed at Perham Health on December 27, 2024, at 1:47 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. 

Milo is welcomed home by sibling Otto; and grandparents Linda and Paul Richter; Carol Starbuck; and Rachel and Rob Starbuck.
