Continuing a strong knowledge bowl season, one of New York Mills High School teams finished in second place February 4 in Fergus Falls. Competing against a total of 17 teams the team of Brienna Honer, Elijah Geiser, Aubrey Barthel, Soren Stout, and Isaac Geiser (from left to right) spent the entire day in the top room capturing second place by the end of the competition. Also competing and finishing in seventh was the team consisting of Colson Keskitalo, Eli Aho, Dylan Selander, Austin Geiser, and Alex Mack. Their first round of the postseason will be March 10. They will need to make it through subregions and regions to advance to state.
