A chili feed and silent auction benefit will be held for Kari Herr at the New York Mills Senior Center on Saturday, May 17 from 4-7 p.m.

In June 2024, Kari’s health journey began with severe gastrointestinal issues, leading to a major surgery where pancreatic cancer was discovered. Despite bravely undergoing chemotherapy and enduring complications like sepsis and recurring pancreatitis, Kari has been unable to work and continues to face mounting medical challenges.

This benefit will help ease the burden of her medical, transportation, and living expenses as she continues to fight.
