Brienna Honer took 13th place in Payroll Accounting (out of 58 participants) and 44th place in Fundamental Accounting (out of 73 participants) at the national BPA contest from May 7-11.
New York Mills High School junior Brienna Honer, daughter of Aaron and Sarah Honer, demonstrated her business acumen at the recent Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla. (May 7-11). Competing against students from across the nation, Brienna earned an impressive 13th place in Payroll Accounting (out of 58 participants) and 44th place in Fundamental Accounting (out of 73 participants).
The National Leadership Conference is the highlight of the year for BPA members, offering a platform for students nationwide to connect, learn, and compete. The event included keynote addresses, business sessions, leadership training, various competitions, the selection of national officers, and opportunities to explore the Orlando area.

Brienna Honer, who is the daughter of Aaron and Sarah Honer, competed at the national BPA contest in Orlando, Fla.
