Twin Cities-based Capital City Construction and Remediation has expanded to Fergus Falls. The owners, Chad and Mark Harrington, know this area very well. Their parents, Gary and Karalyn (Schulz) grew up on area farms. After working in the Twin Cities where Chad and Mark were raised, Gary and Karalyn retired to the Harrington home farm near Phelps Mill.

The new Fergus Falls-based Capital City Construction and Remediation is located at 3327 East Fire Avenue which is the Otter Tail Lake Road (County Highway 1) northeast of Fergus Falls.

Among their many services, with expert employees, are designing and building projects which include kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and other home remodeling projects. Other services include roofing and siding, additions and remodeling and mold testing and damage repair.

A grand opening and ribbon cutting was held early Monday afternoon, Aug. 25. Earlier, the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed new Chamber member Capital City Construction and Remediation with the presentation of “First Dollar of Profit.”
