Van Dyke joins the team after building a successful 12-year career in marketing. A graduate of Bemidji State University with a degree in Marketing Communications, she has developed a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and client service that will serve her clients well in the real estate industry.

Originally from New York Mills, Van Dyke has deep roots in the region and a strong appreciation for the importance of community. She and her husband are now raising their two daughters in Perham, where they enjoy family life alongside their two dogs. Family and community are central to Van Dyke’s values, and those principles guide her approach to helping clients.
