Floral Antler Watercolor Workshop set for Saturday

The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center has announced the launch of a brand-new creative workshop series this fall: “Morning with Megan.” 

Join the Cultural Center for the first session on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., featuring Floral Antler Watercolor Workshop led by new Artistic Director, Megan Shirley-Ross. Spend a relaxed and inspiring Saturday morning exploring your creativity. In this hands-on class, participants will create their own Floral Antler Watercolor artwork while experimenting with a variety of media—including traditional pan watercolors, watercolor pencils, and detailed pen finishes.

This class is perfect for all skill levels. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to refine your watercolor techniques, Megan will guide participants through exercises in brush control, layering color, and composition to help them create a beautiful, seasonal art piece to take home.
