Property Minders is looking to celebrate “Community Heroes” over the course of the next year. Community Heroes can be a volunteer who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make life better for other people.

Nominations for the honor can be anonymous and the goal is to simply highlight some of the contributions the many volunteers and people make in the greater New York Mills area. Oftentimes the contributions of volunteers can go unnoticed, when in fact, their efforts are vital to make the lives of other people easier. 

Nominations can be made to the New York Mills Dispatch by email at news@nymdispatch.com or by dropping off the name of an individual for the award at the Dispatch office in NY Mills. 

Honorees will be recognized throughout the year.
