0Salo graduates from University of Jamestown
Kenna Salo graduated from the University of Jamestown at the end of the fall 2025 semester.
Salo, of New York Mills, Minnesota, earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.

Meech named to President’s List
The President’s List includes 333 students who earned a grade-point average of 3.75 to 4.0 while enrolled for at least 12 credits.
The Dean’s List includes 290 students who earned a grade-point average of 3.25 to 3.74 while enrolled for at least 12 credits.
Among the students named to the list includes: Kaylee Meech, New York Mills, President’s List.
Central Lakes College is a comprehensive community and technical college in the Minnesota State system. The college serves about 6,000 students annually in liberal arts and career education programs.
UM-Crookston honors local students
The University of Minnesota Crookston announces students who were named to the Fall 2025 Chancellor’s List recently released by the Office of the Registrar. To qualify for the Chancellor’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 4.0 grade point average.
Students named to the Chancellor’s List include the following: Faith Schaefer, Deer Creek, Criminal Justice B S; Austin Cage Hughes, New York Millls, Natural Resources B S and Samuel Anthony Kopveiler, New York Millls, Agricultural Business B S, Natural Resources Major.

Collins named to Dean’s List
The University of Minnesota Crookston announces students who were named to the Fall 2025 Dean’s List which was recently released by the Office of the Registrar. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.
