Traffic injury near Perham

Sheriff deputies, on April 15 and in association with the Minnesota State Highway Patrol, reported that a New York Mills man was injured in a traffic accident near Perham at 6:56 a.m.
Authorities said a Freightliner Semi Tractor was traveling on County Road 80, attempting to cross onto eastbound Highway 10, and collided with a Dodge Ram 1500 that was traveling westbound on Highway 10.
Injured was Joseph Allen Balcer, 64, of New York Mills, the driver of the semi tractor. Balcer was taken to the Perham hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Not injured was the driver of the Dodge Ram, 47-year-old Thomas Oren Glodowski of Badger, Minnesota.
