New York Mills will be hosting its third annual Welcoming Week Street Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 15 in the heart of downtown NY Mills. The street fair will be held from 4-7 p.m.

The goal of the street fair is to bring together newcomers and the long-time residents of the community to learn more about what NY Mills and the surrounding area has to offer. There will be family resources available, kid’s activities, information booths from local and regional businesses, as well as services and organizations. Basically the street fair is a fun and unique way to enjoy a day outside while the weather is still warm and learn about the unique things that makes NY Mills and the surrounding area such a popular place to live, work and play. 

The event is being hosted by the NY Mills Forward Committee with support from West Central Initiative for the community gather, share and connect. The event will take place on Main Ave. in front of the Cultural Center, library and Continental Divide Brew Pub. The event is geared towards anyone who lives or works in and around NY Mills. 

There is no cost associated with the event, just an invitation to community members to enjoy the night and visit with people from across the community,
