Rummage and bake sale: The Deer Creek American Legion Auxiliary Unit 283 will be hosting a rummage and bake sale on October 4-5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and October 6 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Deer Creek Community Center. Donations accepted on October 2 and 3 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

NYM VFW AUXILIARY RUMMAGE SALE. Fri., Sept. 29, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. – $5 a bag sale, Sat., Sept. 30, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. – $5 a bag sale, Sun., Oct. 1, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Free will offering. Some items specially marked. Location: Storage Garage next to Subway & Suns Up Salon in N.Y. Mills. Donations will be accepted from Community Members on Wed., Sept. 27, Noon-5 p.m. and on Thurs. 28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please bring gently used clean items. No electronics, encyclopedias, books, magazines, CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes. All funds raised will be used to support our Youth & Community Programs.
