An Open House, Celebrating the Life of Jim Parks, age 63 of Perham, will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 1-3 p.m. with a sharing time at 2 p.m. and Military Honors at 2:30 p.m. at the Karvonen Funeral Home in New York Mills.  Please wear your favorite Minnesota Vikings or Twins gear at Jim’s family request.
