    Photos by Tucker Henderson The New York Mills Public Library had a mural installed last week for the children’s section. The mural was painted by a regional artist. This activity was made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from Lake Region Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
