Bette Ann Houtkooper (Patron), age 86, of New York Mills, passed away on January 28, 2026, at Vitality Living in New York Mills. A Celebration of Life will be held on April 18, 2026, at 11 a.m. at First Congregational United Church of Christ in New York Mills. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at church.
