Beulah Wilhelmina (Trupukka) Payne passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023, in Mesa, Ariz. Beulah was born October 1, 1925 in Deer Creek Township to Fred and Mary (Mark) Trupukka. She was baptized and confirmed in the Apostolic Lutheran Church. She graduated in 1944 from New York Mills High School.

Beulah was married to Donald S Payne in 1950 in Oakland, Calif. Donald passed away in 2021. They were blessed with two children, Debra (Ruben) Ledesma of Mesa, Ariz. and Mark (Tamara) Payne of Tracy, Calif.

Beulah is survived by her sister, Beatrice Muckala, currently at Perham Living. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
