Harold “Hal” McGowan, 92, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, at The Meadows in Wadena under the care of Hospice of St. Croix.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 15, 2026, at Basswood Baptist Church in Richville, at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the start of service. Burial will be at Richville Cemetery following the service.
