Jay Charles Veronen, 81, of Staples, passed away peacfully at Lakewood Care Center, in Staples on July 26, 2025. Services were held on July 31, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Staples, Minn. with a visitation taking place the night before from 4-7 p.m. at the church. Services are provided by Karvonen Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Wadena.
