Mavis Veronen, 81, of Wadena, formerly of Thomastown Township, Minn.; passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at The Meadows of Wadena. 

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Staples from 4-7 p.m. and a funeral service the next day on September 4, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran in Staples. The burial will take place at Montrose Cemetery in Thomastown Township.
