Steve Johnson, age 65, of Wadena, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, N.D.

A Celebration of Life was held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 4 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wadena. Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. with an opportunity to share stories from 6-7 p.m. at Karvonen Funeral Home in Wadena. Steve will be laid to rest at Wadena Cemetery following the service. In honor of Steve’s life, the family encouraged visitors to wear a touch of camouflage to the visitation and his celebration of life.
