We always want more, but we get worse

We always want change; it is our nature because we feel that will make things better.
Not so much, and when we get change, we realize we had it better before. We are living in 2022 and most of us are outraged when we see that things are the same only worse. We are being pulled into a world war, how did we let this happen?
When one person can and does kill innocent people how is this possible in today’s day and age?
Politicians are yelling more than ever on issues in hopes to smoke screen their previous conduct only to make us feel they care with their fake compassion.
The media has betrayed us into believing their false narrative and when caught in lies that will change our future history, they don’t recall any wrong doing.
Politician’s just want financial gain, or political power. They and their families get in their armor-plated cars with full security and if everything goes horribly bad, they have a suite in a mountain for them to survive what they started.
We are living in a new world, the big issue is we want to keep living and surviving, is that too much to ask?
We the people have been conned into thinking a handful of people know what’s best for us. A flock of sheep can be easily controlled by one dog. I am literally grossed out by listening to what these politician’s are saying/doing.
The world is laughing at us, and its no joke. I don’t need to point out political issues, we all have common sense and know what they are. Illegal is illegal, Definition (a person present in a country without official authorization) those are the rules, that pretty much says it all, don’t side step and spin it into something just for votes.
Where is the unity we were all promised. Criminals are caught and released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it’s a violation of their rights. If you have a nest egg, spend it, enjoy life today because there are no guarantees for tomorrow. I have a love/hate relationship with the news media, I’m darned if I watch and I’m darned if I don’t.
